Gentle Feel™ Nourishing Face Wash is made with 100% Organic and wild-crafted ingredients that are ethically and sustainably sourced. The key ingredient is the blend of plantain ash and cocoa pods which has been traditionally used for centuries to treat all skin conditions in Africa in the form of what is popularly known as African Black Soap .
This Gentle Facial Wash is formulated and enriched with other pure ingredients including Chamomile and Tea Tree oil to refresh and purify skin and keep its moisture and vigor, while it effectively removes everyday impurities, make up, and excess oils without stripping your skin dry. For those with sensitive skin be sure to follow with a toner and daily moisturizer to restore your skin pH and help to sooth any potential irritations and to nourish your skin. Your skin will be left feeling clean, nourished and clarified. Other benefits of this Face Wash includes relief from eczema, psoriasis, skin discoloration, dark spots, skin rashes and premature wrinkles. It is free from any toxic ingredients or chemicals.
Gently Shake Before Use. Dispense 1-2 pumps into to clean wet palm, wash cloth or face brush (avoid direct contact with eyes), work into a lather and massage gently over wet face and neck for at least 30 to 60 seconds until product absorbs into skin and rinse thoroughly with cool water and pat dry (repeat if needed). Avoid direct contact with eyes or using it as a mask by leaving it on your face for more than a minute. It is designed to be a cleanser that rinses off. Follow withQ'nch Face Toner, and moisturize after. Use twice daily for best results.
(Warning: All African black soap ingredient will normally give a slight tingle, dry, tight or burning sensation, at first use, especially in acne areas, open sores or cuts. If you have sensitive skin, we suggest you do a patch test first before use . A small quarter size can clean the whole face and neck.)

Q: How do I store my products? A: We advise that you keep your products, sealed, and covered and kept in a dry, cool area. Please always keep away from direct heat or sunlight. Just in case it is exposed to heat and it melts, don’t worry, just put in the fridge for an hour or room temperature for several hours, to restore to its solid state. Regardless of how the consistency and texture changes to after being exposed to heat, the product will still retain all its moisturizing benefits and you can still use it.
Q: What is the shelf life of the Skin Butters and how long will it stay fresh. A: The shelf life of Kosi Skin body butters is 6-9 months. To keep your product at its freshest state, please store it in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. All our products are 100% natural (Zero Toxin, Zero Water, Zero Waste) and we do not use any synthetic ingredients or water, thus bacteria cannot grow in our products. To keep it fresh, we also advise to keep it away from water and to use clean and dry fingers or a wooden spatula to scoop into your palms and soften warm before applying to your skin. A little goes a long way.

Q: Are you Eco Friendly Yes, One of our company philosophy is Zero Waste, and thus, this is why we only use recyclable glass for all our body butters and polishes.
Q: Do you ship during hot summer months A: Due to the nature of our Ultra Rich Creamy Shea Butters, we do not ship them during the hot summer months (May to Aug). We resume shipping in the cooler months from Sept 1st through to April 30th. We will send friendly reminders to all our customers around March and April to stock up if need be. For all our other products such as Balms, Salves, Body Polish and Cleansers we do continue to ship throughout the year

Q: Does your products contain essential oils? A: Yes. Our products contain low percentage of therapeutic grade organic essential oils for their potent properties as well as to provide the natural fragrance to our products as we do not use synthetic fragrances. We follow the International Fragrance Association. (IFRA) essential oils dermal limit concentration for leave on products to ensure that our products will not trigger sensitization, irritation or photosensitivity.
